Updated all plugins and added DividedExp Plugin

All plugins were updated with bug fixes and slightly more elegant coding. 

I also added a new one called AML_DividedExp. This plugin does two things. Firstly, it divides the experience award defined in the Enemies section of the database between active party members. Secondly it has the option to further divide the reward by the average party level.

From the Help File:

This plugin divides the experience listed in the enemies tab of the database by the total number of party members. Optionally, it also divides the experience by the average party level (APL) like in Final Fantasy 9. This encourages the player to try to make their way with less party members, and optionally to seek out tougher monsters for more rewards.
